Contract Guide Positions:

Paddle sports & eco tour business in northern Chippewa County is seeking several contract paddling kayak guides/instructors for the 2007 season. 

The positions are:  Kayak Instructor/Guide

Specifically seeking river guide with experience and/or instructor to teach very beginners. 

Seeking individuals who have the following qualifications:

Outgoing, work well with diverse people, responsible, clear communicator, patient, polite, loves nature & silent sports, expertise in area of silent sports, outdoor recreation and/or nature.

Kayak & canoe experience required with ACA training/certification preferred.  Optimally will have other training such as:  First Aid/CPR, Wilderness Medicine, Life Guard/Life Saving.

Will be able to life 40+ lbs on a regular basis.

Available through this position:

Access to kayaking at a discount, some continuing education & training in paddle sports and first aid.

Accepting applications before March 1, 2007.

Contracts will be established for 2007 season at that time.
