Hi all,
As of last member meeting we have adopted a new meeting schedule which will reduce the 12 monthly meetings per year to 5 meetings (March, May, June, September and November). Our hope is we can use the time for other social events. Meetings can still be scheduled outside these months if needed, but for various reasons it was felt a lighter schedule made more sense. Some of you may have noted the August member meeting has been canceled so I wanted to offer an explanation to why.
We are open to suggestions for other, more social or educational events to be added to the calendar, especially in the off season, to fill the void left by the new meeting schedule.
If anyone has any questions or comments, please feel free to chime in.
