Tower Ridge - Carpooling
Author Last Post

I would consider snowshoeing again (only my second time). However I have no snowshoes. Perhaps if you have extras bring them for someone else. (I might check out the new library free rental program🤔 )

Yes, let me know if you want to ride-share to Tower tonight.
I skied this morning and it was a mix of icy hard and more skiable where the groomer had passed. I think it will be good tonight if the groomer can get his job done. The classic tracks were either icy or completely melted down (based on my visual observation, I didn't ski in them). However, it appeared that the groomer was trying to break them up and re-set them. If so, they will be good tonight. The skate deck was icy. Where the groomer had managed to break it up, it was much better. The only hills I tried were the small rises and they were icy. I'm assuming he'll cover all trails and hills- he had only just started when I was there. It should actually be good tonight, given the predicted temperatures for today. See you there!
The groundhog says spring is just around the corner -- so get out and enjoy winter before it's gone!

XC ski, snowshoe or hang out in the chalet. If you plan to come out for this week's outing to Tower Ridge Co Park, we have a season parking pass. So does Nancy Yost and Gail K. Contact one of us to see if we have room for you if you want to carpool into the park and save the $6 fee.

Hitting the trails at 6:30pm. Meeting up in the chalet after for a drink or snacks.
