Several PWP members had the pleasure of meeting and paddling with Mary Lynn Skutley last summer.  Mary Lynn is a member of the Chesapeake Bay paddling club.  Mary Lynn joined us on several social paddles and on the Rookie Rendezvous.  This year she is coming back with numbers :)  She and her husband and well as several other members of the Chesepeake Bay club will be staying at Little Sand Bay from Aug 29 to Sept. 4 and members of PWP are invited to join them for some island paddling as well as a possible North Shore day trip.  This is a level 2 trip.  If you have paddled the Rookie Rendezvous, you are qualified for this event.

Mary Lynn and Co. have reserved the group site for the whole week and an adjacent site from Aug. 31 to Sept 4.  In addition, Rob and Kathy have also reserved one site adjacent to the group site.  The group site holds about 8 tents and with a little creativity we can make space for several more tents using the adjacent site.  So the number of PWP members participating is NOT limited, but available tent sites will go to those who register first and subsequent registrants will be responsible for their own lodging or camp site.

As of now, given the numbers, there should be room for 10 PWP tents.  All camp fees will be reimbursed to Mary Lynn or Rob/Kathy on an individual, case by case basis.  This is not a PWP event so no money will be moving through the web site or to or from the PWP account. We are just using the registration to track participants and have a record of who signed up and when.
