Deep Water Safety:  "This hands-on course teaches the fundamentals of kayak safety and rescue - and is required for any Stout Adventures sea kayak trip or kayak rental.  (We will all be able to rent UWS equipment after completing the course.)  Skills covered will be wet exits, self-rescue, t-rescues, group rescues, and more.  These are skills that no paddler should be without."

Kayak Rolling Clinic: Kayak rolling is as old as the sport itself. Learn how to save time and energy by rolling your kayak and avoiding a rescue. This class is in two parts – the first will be mostly instruction of technique, and the second will be mostly practice of the skill.

Open Pool Practice:  Those wishing to practice their kayaking skills may do so during the scheduled sessions.

Each section of these activities is limited to 6 participants.
